Steamed pork ribs


INGREDIENTS: 2 persons

400 gr of pork ribs

100 gr of dry rice 5 gr of fresh ginger

1 clove of garlic 1

tsp of sugar salt White pepper

1 tbsp oyster flavor sauce

1 case of Chinese alcohol for cooking

1 tbsp black soy sauce soya sauce

1 sweet potato chive

PREPARATION: The day before put the rice to soak in lukewarm water. Peel and cut the sweet potato into pieces Cut the ribs in half or have them cut by your butcher. Cut the chives, garlic. Put the pieces of sweet potato in a deep plate that goes into your steamer. In a salad bowl, arrange the ribs then incorporate, oyster flavor sauce, black soya, soy sauce, pepper, sugar, salt, garlic and ginger. Mix well, set aside. Drain the rice and mix it the size of coarse salt and incorporate it through the ribs, mix well and place the preparation on the potatoes. Put to cook in the steamer at the boil, count 45 minutes of cooking. Serve hot.
